1. The Term - That’s right, there’s really only one. We sell hardware. You buy hardware. Everyone goes home happy.

2. Return Policy - We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you decide it’s not right for you, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund - no questions asked.

Just let us know that you’re returning the product and that it’s on its way back to us. Once we receive it and confirm that it hasn’t been damaged, we’ll issue your full refund to the original payment method. That’s it. No hoops, no hassle.

3. Refunds - Credit Card payments will be refunded back to the card that paid. Crypto Refunds If you paid via Monero or BTC, just send us a return wallet address when you notify us. We'll send the refund straight back - no interrogations required.

4. Dispute Resolution - If you have a problem, tell us and we'll fix it. If you try to serve us legal papers, remember to address them to the North Pole, care of Santa Clause. He is our attorney of records and will be sure to look it over ASAP.
